Joseph Havens started with Cardinal Title in 2014. Joe conducts and prepares searches, title commitments, and transaction documents. He obtained his title license in 2016 and is involved in both the front end of real estate transactions as the abstractor, and the final steps of the transaction process as the closer. Joseph thoroughly enjoys bringing people from all walks of life together to finalize the real estate closing. He is an inside Property Manager for Rudolph Management and is hands on with tenant relations. He has an extensive knowledge of management and has a keen interest in real estate. Prior to joining the team, Joseph attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a B.A. in English and minor in History. His passions include playing music as a drummer for several bands and being an avid outdoorsman. He loves fishing, hiking, camping, golf, and disc golf.
