A native Ohioan, Robin started with Havens Limited as an administrative assistant in 1992. Today, she is manager of administration for the firm and its affiliated companies. In this role, she is actively involved with preparing RFPs, payroll, accounting, banking and quarterly reporting.
During her tenure with Havens, Robin has witnessed dramatic changes in the digital world. For example, a bank-deposit task that once involved taking paper deposits to a bank has evolved into scanning checks on a bank terminal at Havens Limited offices and transmitting them over a secure internet connection.
At Havens Limited and its other affiliates, Robin is also a leader in implementing new technologies and management techniques, such as Strategy Circles, a program that increases effectiveness in the workplace.
